Payment Options

Our goal is to provide you with affordable, high quality treatment and care that comfortably fits your budget. We offer several payment options to fit your needs. Please ask our financial coordinator about financing options, credit card payments, and bank drafts. We will thoroughly explain your options so that we can better accommodate your needs.

Citi Health

Use your Citi Health Card at participating providers to get flexible payment plans for the health care treatments your family needs. Participating providers may offer a variety of payment plans* for many procedures that aren’t fully covered by insurance. Even your vet may accept the Citi Health Card.

CareCredit

CareCredit also provides affordable, flexible financing options with added benefits beyond dentistry. A simple, quick and confidential application process is required with an instant qualifying response time in return. CareCredit offers “No Interest Payment Plan” financing. Our Provider Merchant ID is available upon request. Click here www.carecredit.com for more info.

OrthoBanc

Orthobanc provides a hassle-free payment experience. There is no interest charged with most plans, and there is not a credit check in order to use their service in most cases. It is a service for patients that may choose to spread out their payments across the number of months of their treatment. Payments are electronically transmitted each month from your checking, savings, credit card or FSA savings accounts. A debit card is also available. Click here www.orthobanc.com for more info.

Insurance

While we do accept most insurance, please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. If we have all of your insurance information before the day of the appointment and are able to verify your coverage, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You must be familiar with your insurance benefits as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. Insurance benefits change throughout the year based on the renewal date for that particular employer. Therefore, we can only estimate, not guarantee, what your insurance company will pay to the best of our ability at that time.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filling, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. (This will be located under Forms)

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
